When will I receive my order?

We choose the fastest carrier available when your order is ready to go. Most orders will ship with USPS some may ship with Fed Ex. MOST ORDERS ARRIVE WITHIN 5 business DAYS.

We take about 1-2 business days to create the products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-4 business days for non-apparel (canvas,throw pillows etc.) products. The shipping time starts once the product is ready to ship. Orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days from there. 
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. We take pride in our work and make sure everything is perfect for you before it ships. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Has my order been shipped?

We will email you confirming shipment as soon as the product is on it’s way to you.

I am about to place an order and want to know if this item is actually in stock?

Our website inventory is live. If an item goes out of stock we work as quickly as possible to update the website.

My order didn't go through but my credit card was still charged. What do I do now?

Please email us at info@eclipsetheories.com so we can take care of this problem for you. Please include your name and address.

I put in an order and now I would like to cancel. How do I do this?

You have 24 hours to cancel an order. Please email us ASAP to get your order cancelled in a timely manner.

 

I tried calling your office and was unable to get through to anyone.

Since the launch we have been experiencing a very high volume of orders and phone calls. We appreciate all of the love and support and are working as fast as possible. The best way to contact us is through email at info@eclipsetheories.com. We may not be able to get to the phone at all times. Please try calling again in 30 minutes or email us.

Do you allow pick up? 

At the moment we currently only allow online orders. This may change in the future as we grow. 😊

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our coverage area.


What is the return/exchange policy?

Returns without prior approval will be denied.


EXCHANGE:


We only replace items if they are:

Defective

Damaged

You need a different size

We can take the item back for an exchange if:

You are exchanging your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Buyer must pay the return shipping (return shipping cost will NOT be reimbursed)

We will cover the shipping cost of sending your new item to you.


RETURN:


We can take the items back and give you a refund for your items minus a 20% restocking fee or all shipping costs whichever is more. A return will only be accepted if:

You are returning your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your package has not been opened.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be returned. All sales are final on discounted or clearance items.
